Attention! According to German law the net price of one line of translations intended for use from German authorities is EUR 1,85. No certification fee is due.

Certification fee: EUR 10,00 (11,90) per document.
Minimum charge: 30 lines of the relevant language and degree of difficulty. Certified copy: EUR 25,00 (29.75) each up to 5 pages. For every further page: EUR 3.00 (3.57).

Regular service: no guarantee of a fixed day or time of supply.
24-hour express service guarantee for certified translations (hand-in of the source text before midday): 100% surcharge on the relevant category.
48-hour express service guarantee for certified translations (hand-in of the source text before midday on the day of order placement): 50% surcharge on the relevant category. Express service only on request!
Deadline for submitting complaints: 1 week following completion and delivery of the order. (We must be allowed a reasonable period for corrections.)
Payment: private and first-time customers: immediately in full. Regular customers: within 14 days without deduction. In the case of a probable order value of over EUR 100.00 (one hundred), Private customers must either pay the full amount in advance or a down payment of 30-40% of the anticipated invoice amount in advance. Customers paying by credit card will not be required to make a down payment provided they sign a blank credit card slip upon placement of the order (as is usual in hotels, for example).
