Attention! According to German law the net price of one line of translations intended for use from German authorities is EUR 1,75. No certification fee is due.

Certification fee: EUR 8,00 (9,52) per document.

Minimum charge: 25 lines of the relevant language and degree of difficulty or EUR 25,00 (29,75) plus certification fee. Certified copy: EUR 15,00 (17,85) each up to 5 pages. For every further page: EUR 1,50 (1,79).

(EU residents must pay VAT, which we are required by law to charge, except to those holding a VAT-ID number. No VAT has to be paid by NO-EU-residents.)

A standard line contains an average of 50 strokes. The counting occurs with an acknowledged textcount software (for example Textcount, Anycount etc.). In the case of languages that do not use the Roman alphabet, the price is based on the source text, or we will make a flat-rate offer. Translations between two foreign language: on request.
Regular service: no guarantee of a fixed day or time of supply.

24-hour express service guarantee for certified translations (hand-in of the source text before midday): 100% surcharge on the relevant category.

48-hour express service guarantee for certified translations (hand-in of the source text before midday on the day of order placement): 50% surcharge on the relevant category. Express service only on request!

Deadline for submitting complaints: 1 week following completion and delivery of the order. (We must be allowed a reasonable period for corrections.)


Payment: private and first-time customers: immediately in full. Regular customers: within 14 days without deduction. In the case of a probable order value of over EUR 50.00 (fifty), private customers must either pay the full amount in advance or a down payment of 30-40% of the anticipated invoice amount in advance. Customers paying by credit card will not be required to make a down payment provided they sign a blank credit card slip upon placement of the order (as is usual in hotels, for example).
